These varieties have unique organoleptic characteristics. In the early harvest, the olives are still green and the oil obtained has an intense green colour with a more pronounced smell and flavour. The most advanced techniques are applied to prevent damage to the olives, and the olives are cold pressed to preserve all their aromas.

Produced in our olive groves in the province of Jaén, guaranteeing their quality in every part of the process up to our own oil mill, to preserve all their aromas and properties intact.

Picual

Tasting note: Oil with medium-high green fruitiness, a juice that has a medium bitter and spicy taste in the mouth. It has aromas of olive leaf, almond and artichoke, with light notes of fig and tomato.

Arbequina

Tasting note: Intense green fruity oil, with a bitter and medium spicy touch in the mouth. On the nose it has aromas of grass, almond and apple, with light notes of tomato and artichoke.

Royal

Tasting note: The nose presents intense fruity aromas of grass, almond, artichoke and apple, with light notes of tomato. High green fruity oil, a juice that in the mouth has a bitter and medium spicy touch.

Organic Picual

Tasting note: Medium green fruity oil with a full-bodied aroma of apple, tomato and almond, with light notes of grass and fig tree. On the palate it is medium in its bitterness and spiciness.
