OUR DESIGN
Our pemium range pays homage to the goddess Athena, who, according to mythology, won over Poseidon by carrying an olive twig and telling him about its properties, and made an olive tree sprout from which oil would be obtained: food for mankind, source of light, symbol of abundance, remedy for wounds and anointing oil.
In this story, Athena is presented as the first woman who bets on the olive tree and firmly believes in its goodness and possibilities.
