The quality of Verde Divino oils begins in the field, with control and care of the olive grove throughout the year. The Picual Premium olives are harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November.
Once the harvesting process is complete, we ensure that it is kept at the right temperature until it is packaged. We control every stage of the process to guarantee a differential quality.
In the mouth it has medium intensities of bitterness and spiciness, typical characteristics of the picual variety. It has a high polyphenol content which makes it an excellent ally for our organism and health.
